Please note: Our support window lasts for 14 days from the date your order arrives. After this period, we regret that we may be unable to provide additional assistance.
Issues with Damaged or Faulty Goods
If you receive a product that appears defective or isn’t functioning as described, contact us immediately. We acknowledge responsibility for damages occurring during manufacturing or shipping. To expedite processing, please upload photographs clearly showing the defect, faulty component, or missing parts. Ensure images are taken on a flat surface, with tags or blemishes visible. Once confirmed, we will arrange for a replacement—often without the need for return.
Note: Our warranty covers manufacturing flaws only. Damage caused by accidents, mishandling, normal wear, fading due to sunlight, or modifications post-purchase are not included. This policy also applies within 14 days of receipt; beyond this, a refund or replacement might not be available.
